Abstract
Amidst the uncertainty of the construction sector, the management of sales data at PT XYZ Jakarta Branch is currently suboptimal because the reporting process is still semi-manual and fragmented, resulting in static PDF reports. This condition complicates real-time performance monitoring and hinders the sales target setting process at RAKERNAS. Seeing these problems, it is necessary to design a web-based sales monitoring and forecasting system equipped with dashboard and predictive forecasting features using the Prototyping system development method and the Triple Exponential Smoothing (Holt-Winters) forecasting method. Based on the evaluation results using the Black Box Testing method for system development, all developed features can run well according to the expected results. Furthermore, the evaluation of the forecasting model using MAE, RMSE, and MAPE revealed that across all sales channels, the model achieved a higher level of accuracy compared to the manual projections (target values) set by the General Manager at PT XYZ. This is evidenced by a significant reduction in the error percentage (MAPE), for example, in Channel P from 102.99% to 47.59%, as well as a reduction in the difference in actual values (MAE) by hundreds of units across various sales channels.
