Abstract
PT XYZ still uses paper-based manual record-keeping in the process of reporting environmental microbiology test results, which causes problems such as difficulty in tracking reports. This study aims to design, develop, and evaluate a web-based environmental microbiology test quality report information system using the Laravel framework and the Scrum development method, with requirements analysis using the PIECES method. The results of the user acceptance testing (UAT) showed a 100% success rate for all test cases tested, and the results of the System Usability Scale (SUS) indicated that the environmental microbiological testing quality report information system has a good level of usability and is well-received by users.
