Abstract

This study aims to analyze the user experience and perform a redesign of the PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance website to enhance its usability aspects. The primary issues identified within the existing system include a non-intuitive navigation structure, a high perception of system complexity, and an unsystematic information layout. The research employs the User-Centered Design (UCD) method, focusing on user needs through an iterative process ranging from problem identification to evaluation. Usability levels were measured using the System Usability Scale (SUS) instrument with 107 valid respondents. The initial testing of the current system yielded an average score of 42.03, categorized as Grade F or Not Acceptable with a Poor adjective rating, indicating a necessity for fundamental improvements. Following the redesign into a high-fidelity prototype, the SUS score significantly increased to 67.52 (Grade C or Marginal High) with a Good adjective rating. This improvement of 25.49 points demonstrates that the application of the UCD method successfully enhanced ease of use, reduced interaction complexity, and provided a better digital experience for users of the PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance website.
