Abstract
This research means to evaluate the dynamic correlation between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosures and foreign ownership structures regarding stock returns. Furthermore, this study investigates whether profitability—quantified through Return on Assets (ROA)—serves as a significant moderating factor within these relationships. The analysis focuses on a specific cohort of companies listed in the IDX High Dividend 20 (IDX HIDIV20) index for the 2020-2024 period. By employing a purposive sampling technique, secondary data were gathered from audited annual reports and sustainability disclosures, with CSR metrics aligned with the GRI 2021 framework. The analytical framework involves multiple linear regression with robust standard errors and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the hypotheses. The findings aim to provide deeper insights into how financial performance and social accountability jointly influence investor behavior in high-yield dividend sectors.
