Abstract
The SOZO Skin campaign project required strict cost and time control due to its creative processes, collaboration with KOLs, and execution schedule set within a specific period. This study analyzes project performance using a quantitative–descriptive approach through the Earned Value Management (EVM) method, focusing on cost, time, and overall project performance factor. The research population consists of eight campaign projects, while the sample used is the Twindate July 2025 campaign. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documents such as budget plans, time schedules, weekly reports, and actual cost data. The analysis results indicate project inefficiency, as BCWP consistently fell below BCWS and ACWP exceeded BCWP, leading to cost overrun with CPI declining from 1.04 (week 1) to 0.87 and 0.98 in the following weeks. In terms of schedule, the project showed relatively good progress with SPI increasing from 0.96 (week 1) to 1.02 and stabilizing at 0.99, aligned with the reduction in estimated completion time from 25 days to 22 days by week 3. Overall, the SOZO Skin project experienced cost escalation with EAC reaching Rp12.0 million, but it remained on track in terms of schedule. In conclusion, the project demonstrated adequate time efficiency but lacked consistency in cost efficiency.
