Abstract

This quantitative research aims to examine the influence of capital structure, Company growth, and economic value added on firm value. Firm value is measured using Tobin's Q method, while capital structure is measured using the debt-to-equity ratio. Firm growth is measured using sales growth, and economic value added is measured by subtracting capital charges from NOPAT. The research object of this study is LQ45 member companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020-2024. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling technique, resulting in 21 companies with a total of 105 observations. Data analysis was performed using STATA software version 17. The research results show that (1) Capital structure has a negative effect on firm value; (2) Company growth has a negative effect on firm value; (3) EVA has no effect on firm value.
