Abstract

The advancement of information technology in the era of Industrial Revolution 5.0 has accelerated digitalization and automation across various sectors, including the culinary industry. Ikan Bakar Bunda Sofie, a local restaurant, still relies on manual processes for essential operations such as inventory tracking, employee data management, and sales reporting. These practices lead to operational inefficiencies, difficulties in data retrieval, delayed reporting, and inaccuracies that affect decision-making. This study aims to design and develop a web-based management restaurant information system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The proposed system includes features such as order management, menu and inventory control, and automated reporting. It is expected to enhance operational efficiency, provide real-time access to business data, and serve as a foundational step toward implementing a small-scale modular ERP system tailored for restaurant operations.
