Abstract

This writing is done to measure the level of user satisfaction with the services on the Byond By BSI application. The application, which is the latest digital innovation from PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk, aims to make it easier for customers to conduct banking transactions online without having to come directly to the branch office. The results of the study show that overall user satisfaction falls into the "satisfied" category, with the majority of respondents stating that they are satisfied with the ease and convenience of using the Byond By BSI application. To improve the overall quality of service, there are still several things that need to be improved, such as application stability. This writing is expected to be an input for PT Bank Syriah Indonesia Tbk in developing the Byond application so that it is more in line with customer expectations.
