Abstract
Credit schemes play an important role in increasing company profitability, as well as making it easier for people to meet their personal vehicle needs. This paper aims to analyze the development of used car credit at PT. Mandiri Utama Finance in 2020–2024. The method used is quantitative descriptive using secondary data and technical trend analysis of the financial statements of used car credit at PT. Mandiri Utama Finance in 2020-2024. The results of the analysis show that the development of used car credit has experienced a positive trend from 2020 to 2023, but there was a significant decline in 2024. Trend analysis is correlated with the development of used car credit. PT. Mandiri Utama Finance has a very healthy NPF (Non Performing Financing) value. Credit development has a positive impact on increasing the company's profitability and asset quality, but also raises credit risks and challenges in maintaining reputation. Efforts that can be made by PT. Mandiri Utama Finance to maintain company stability are strengthening digital innovation and risk management strategies in order to maintain company performance.
