Abstract
Work fatigue is a serious issue that can negatively impact employee productivity, safety, and well-being. It is a condition influenced by various factors, particularly among office workers who face high cognitive demands in modern work environments. This study aims to examine the relationship between workload, individual factors, and sleep quality with work fatigue among employees. A cross-sectional research design was employed, involving a population of 586 ANRI employees and a sample of 132 respondents selected using simple random sampling. The data were analyzed using Spearman’s rho and Mann-Whitney tests. The results indicated that workload had a significant moderate correlation with fatigue (r = 0.462), nutritional status had a significant weak correlation (r = -0.273), and sleep quality had a significant strong correlation (r = 0.706). Therefore, it is recommended that employees pay attention to their personal capacity and capabilities when performing tasks, as excessive work pressure beyond individual limits may increase workload and the risk of fatigue
