Abstract
This study was conducted to examine the effect of intellectual capital comprising human capital, structural capital, and relational capital on the performance of Public Service Agency (BLU) University with Good University Governance as a moderating variable. The study was conducted at Public Service Agency State Universities (PTN BLU) in Jakarta, namely Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta, Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, and Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to lecturers and education staff who are employees at PTN BLU Jakarta. Obtained a sample of 148 respondents. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS with a significance level of 5%. The result of this study indicated that (1) Human Capital has no effect on the performance of public service agency university, (2) Structural Capital has a positive effect on the performance of public service agency university, (3) Relational Capital has a positive effect on the performance of public service agency university, (4) Good University Governance has a positive effect on the performance of public service agency university, (5) Good University Governance does not strengthen the positive influence of Human Capital on the performance of public service agency university, (6) Good University Governance does not strengthen the positive influence of Structural Capital on the performance of public service agency university, (7) Good University Governance does not strengthen the positive influence of Relational Capital on the performance of public service agency university.
