Abstract
Shopee is an application platform used for online buying and selling. To identify issues experienced by buyers and facilitate the analysis process for future online store development, sentiment analysis was conducted on user reviews. This research process began with text processing, followed by word weighting using the TF-IDF method, followed by classification and evaluation. Using the Naive Bayes method, the accuracy was 98%, with a recall value of 100%, an error rate of 2%, and a precision value of 98%.
