Abstract
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in driving economic growth both nationally and regionally. In Serang Regency, the process of MSME data collection and management is still carried out manually, making it difficult for the Department of Cooperatives, MSMEs, Industry, and Trade (DISKOUMPERINDAG) to monitor and evaluate effectively. This study aims to design and implement a web-based information system to support the integrated data collection, monitoring, and management of MSMEs. The development method used is Agile, due to its flexibility in adapting to changing user requirements within a limited development time of one and a half months. The implementation method applied is the pilot project, which was initially carried out on a limited scale involving selected MSME groups and DISKOUMPERINDAG staff. The system was developed using ReactJS for the user interface, ExpressJS for the backend, and PostgreSQL as the database. The results of testing using the Black Box Testing method indicate that all core features—such as MSME registration, admin validation, transaction management, and interactive map-based MSME distribution visualization—functioned correctly and as expected. The initial implementation received positive feedback from users, and the system is considered effective in helping DISKOUMPERINDAG improve efficiency, data accuracy, and service delivery to MSMEs in Serang Regency.
