Abstract

Student organizations at the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jakarta, still face difficulties in submitting activity proposals due to a manual, paper-based process. This hinders students from tracking proposal progress and slows down administrative workflows. To address these issues, this study designs and develops a web-based information system for managing student organization proposal submissions using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. RAD was chosen for its ability to quickly deliver a functional system through iterative prototyping and continuous user feedback, making it suitable for field needs. The system facilitates the submission of Terms of Reference (KAK) and Accountability Reports (LPJ), while enabling users to monitor proposal status digitally. This research concludes that the system successfully accelerates the submission process, improves documentation, and simplifies status tracking for all users.
