Abstract
Vocasia.id is an online course platform that supports digital learning. However, to ensure user satisfaction, it is necessary to assess the quality of the services provided. The aim of this study is to analyze the quality of Vocasie.id services and improve user satisfaction using the webqual 4.0 method. This study employs a quantitative approach by administering questionnaires to Vocasia.id users. The data obtained is analyzed using statistical methods to determine how much influence the quality of website services has on user satisfaction. The results showed that although the simple usage dimension has a significant impact on user satisfaction, it is still necessary to improve the quality of information and service interaction. The study concludes that three indicators IQ_1, IQ_6, and SQ_5 require enhancements, as they are positioned in quadrant one. The proposed improvements include enhancing customer support responsiveness, providing clearer information, and refining the user interface design to improve the overall user experience.
