Abstract
This study seeks to explore how work-life balance, opportunities for career advancement, and the organizational culture affect employees' likelihood of considering leaving their roles at PT. Yih Quan Footwear Indonesia. The increasing turnover intention, particularly in the manufacturing sector, has become a significant concern. The data were gathered using questionnaires distributed to the company's employees and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The results reveal that work-life balance significantly affects turnover intention, where an imbalance between personal life and work increases employees' intent to leave the company. Career development also has a significant impact, with a lack of developmental opportunities leading to employee dissatisfaction. Additionally, an organizational culture misaligned with employees' values contributes to heightened turnover intention. This study provides recommendations for the company to enhance work-life balance, strengthen career development programs, and foster an inclusive organizational culture to reduce turnover intention.
