Abstract
The growth of Islamic banks has experienced rapid and positive developments. However, the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia is still in a relatively very small category. To increase the market share of Islamic banks, it is necessary to understand what influences people to decide to become customers. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the influence of product quality, Islamic branding, halal lifestyle, and location on the decision to become a customer of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Greater Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method sourced from primary data. The data collection technique is to distribute a questionnaire through a google form with a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique uses the PLS method in SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this study show that product quality, Islamic branding, halal lifestyle, and location have a positive and significant influence on the decision to become a BSI customer in Greater Jakarta. This research is expected to contribute to the development of Islamic banks' business strategies in meeting customer preferences and becoming an evaluation in providing better quality.
