Abstract
The interest of the Muslim community in Jabodetabek in investing in Sharia mutual funds is increasing in line with the development of financial technology and awareness of Sharia-based investments. This study aims to analyze the influence of Sharia financial literacy, risk perception, and financial behavior on the interest in investing in Sharia mutual funds among the Muslim community in Jabodetabek. Using a descriptive quantitative method with SmartPLS data analysis, the study found that risk perception and financial behavior significantly influence the interest in Sharia mutual fund investment. Meanwhile, Sharia financial literacy did not show a significant impact, even though the understanding of Sharia finance was relatively high among respondents. The findings indicate that factors such as risk and financial behavior are more decisive in investment decisions than Sharia financial knowledge. The researchers hope to provide important insights for Sharia financial service providers to focus on educating about risk management and financial behavior to increase participation in Sharia investments. The limitations of this study include a narrow research area, a simple research approach, and limited influencing variables.
