Abstract
TikTok Shop's e-commerce platform in Indonesia has grown rapidly, becoming one of the leading players in the Southeast Asian e-commerce market. TikTok Shop's live commerce and affiliate marketing techniques capture the attention of the younger population, particularly Gen Z, and have resulted in a considerable boost in sales. However, a variety of reasons influence TikTok Shop customers' spontaneous purchases. The purpose of this study is to look at the impact of lifestyle, sales promotion, and customer trust on spontaneous purchases among TikTok Shop customers. The demographic for this study was TikTok Shop customers, with a purposeful selection method used to select 100 respondents from South Jakarta. This research offers quantitative data. Data processing was carried out with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings of this study show that lifestyle, sales promotion, and customer trust have a positive influence on impulse buying.
