Abstract
This study is performed to examine the effect of Return on Assets, Return on Equity, and Earnings Per Share toward stock price in manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange over 2010-2012. The population of this research is 62 manufacturing companies in the field of basic metal and chemical industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over period 2010-2012. The data is obtained based on corporate financereporting that at publication. It is gained sample amount of 11 companies. The analysis technique used here is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t-statistics and F-statistics with level of significance 5 %. The research results that Return on Asset and Earning Per Share significantly affects on Stock Price. The other variables which is Return On Equity had no significant effect on the Stock Price. On this research, Return On Asset and Earning Per share shows the most influencing variabel toward Stock Price have significance as big as 0,001 and 0,000.
