Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of ownership structure, board of commissioner, and firm size to the timeliness of financial report in Manufacturing Companies was listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010 to 2012. This study was empiric research with purposive sampling technique in order to collect data. Data analysis has done with logistic regression by SPSS 19.0 program for windows. The result of hypothesis showed all variables that influence not significantly to the timeliness of financial report.
