Abstract
his study was conducted to examine the effect of variable size and Corporate Financial Distress to the possibility of Substitution public accounting firm on the company manufacturing various industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2007 until 2012. The samples obtained in this study a total of 10 companies were selected using purposive sampling method. Data were tested using logistic regression with a confidence level of 5%. The results showed that the variable size of the company and the company's financial distress was not a significant effect on the likelihood of Substitution public accounting firm.
