Abstract

The large number of fraud victims that exist requires serious attention from the authorities, including banks, to address and prevent fraud. The messages in the campaign have also become an unstoppable force in conveying messages. Awas Modus Campaign: “Don't Know? Kasih No!” from BCA Bank is a solution that aims to provide information or literacy and warnings to find out and avoid phishing methods that are often encountered by customers which are spread by BCA Bank through the official BCA Bank social media platform. So this research aims to examine the influence of the campaign message "Awas Modus: Don't Know? Kasih No!" on the behavior of BCA Bank customers in avoiding fraud. The research method used was a quantitative survey by distributing questionnaires to 100 BCA Bank customers who had been exposed to this campaign. The research results show that there is a positive influence from the campaign "Awas Modus: Don't Know? Kasih No!" on customer behavior in avoiding fraud. These findings demonstrate the influence of campaign messages in improving customer security and reducing the risk of fraud in the banking environment. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence from the campaign message "Awas Modus: Don't Know? Kasih No!” on BCA customer behavior.
