Abstract

This research was conducted to provide a complete picture of the circumstances or conditions faced by national business actors, especially automotive retailers after the enactment of the Job Creation Law. This research is conducted to provide an overview of proposals to businesses and business makers, making decisions, so that when making decisions about further arrangements, can provide protection that More maximum as has been done by the government. Protection is needed considering the "gap" or inequality that is felt to be quite large between Foreign Capital business actors and National Business Actors, especially economic capabilities, managerial capabilities . On the other hand, protection for domestic business actors must also be carried out appropriately, considering that the State of Indonesia has signed an international agreement that obliges to Countries that also ratify to provide equal opportunities to foreign business actors who carry out their business activities in the country . States shall not make or make regulations that provide obstacles to foreign business actors or make regulations that make it difficult for foreign business actors to strive in his country. By providing a complete picture, one of the duties of the Government to create prosperity for all Indonesian people can be carried out as well as possible . Thus, the Indonesian people who carry out their business activities , especially automotive retailers, can be protected by the State without having to violate international regulations that have been ratified.
