Abstract
Background: Cerebral Palsy is a motor limitation characterized by spasticity in the form of changes in muscle tone, muscle weakness or involuntary movements. Cerebral Palsy Spastic Hemiplegia is stiffness in both extremities on one side of the body only. Spastic Hemiplegic Cerebral Palsy cases occur at a rate of around 21-40%. Objective: To find out how physiotherapy is managed in cases of Spastic Hemiplegic Cerebral Palsy at the Kitty Center. Method: Using a descriptive case study approach to provide a systematic description of a certain population and analyze the case in depth. Contains patient data which includes patient identity, history taking, physiotherapy examination, intervention and evaluation. Results: After evaluating 2 meetings, there were changes in the range of motion of the joints and the spasticity.There are no changes in sensory, posture, muscle strength, balance, mobilization and transfer abilities and motor function abilities in children. Conclusion: Problems are found that are identified form the results of the examination that has been carried out and the intervetion provided aims to evaluate the problems that exist in the child.
