Abstract

User satisfaction is a person's personal assessment or assumption through the experience felt and obtained from using and receiving a product or service. RSU Hasanah Graha Afiah is one of the health facilities in Depok City that has been integrated with JKN Mobile online registration. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality and related factors in determining user satisfaction of JKN mobile online registration in Depok City with the End-User Computing Satisfaction model. The quantitative method and cross-sectional study design were used in this study during April - June 2024. The research sample was taken through accidental sampling technique with a sample size of 100 users obtained through the calculation of the Lemeshow formula. Primary data was collected through filling out a questionnaire with 20 questions modified from previous research. Processing of data results was carried out using SPSS 27 and bivariate analysis using chi-square testing. This study resulted in 95% of users feeling satisfaction. The content dimension (p-value = 0.002) and format dimension (p value = 0.050) have a relationship with JKN mobile online registration user satisfaction. Further review of the JKN mobile system is needed as a step to minimize errors, and increase socialization and promotion, as well as the need to get assessment feedback from the community as a strategy to evaluate the system and the flow of services provided.
