Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by PT. Bank Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk with regard to the growth of the Credit Guna Bhakti. This research goal is to help Bank Jawa Barat and Banten improve the quality of their product offerings, including preferences and services, while also understand the needs of customers, which is the target market for Credit Guna Bhakti product. In this study, the authors employ a descriptive qualitative method whereby the authors describe a current event, phenomenon, or event that is currently happening and the data are analyzed using non-statistical methods. In collecting data sources, the author used secondary data that are relevant to this research. The data sources used were document studies in notes, websites, articles, journals and annual reports of PT Bank Jawa Barat and Banten, Tbk. Through this final project, it can be concluded that implementing a strategy that focuses on the 7P elements which include Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Physical Evidence and Process, as innovation in marketing practices is highly appropriate for maintaining market share and achieving sustainable growth. By implementing these 7P elements, it has been proven that PT. Bank Jawa Barat and Banten can optimize the growth of Kredit Guna Bhakti over its last five periods.
