Abstract

Industries operating in the services and goods sector require performance. Performance evaluation is carried out to determine the work results in a certain period of certain employees or partners. The results of this performance evaluation can serve as a reference for this company to follow up on these employees or partners. This company is a company that operates in the b2b and b2c vehicle rental sector. This company collaborates with other companies which are usually called partners. This research will assess the performance of partners who work with this company. In this research, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to weight the criteria and sub-criteria that have been determined using the Cut Off Point method, while to determine partner rankings based on the weighted criteria and sub-criteria using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Based on the calculation results of the Cut Off Point method, 5 criteria and 10 sub-criteria were obtained. From the calculation results of the AHP method, the order of criteria weights from highest to lowest is quality (K), service (P), price (H), delivery (D), and finally response (R). The order of sub-criteria weights from highest to lowest is K1, P2, K2, P1, H2, D1, H1, R2, D2, and R1. For the TOPSIS method calculation results, the partner rankings obtained from highest to lowest are Smartrans (0.8), KUPP (0.6), Atrans (0.4), Inkopau (0.05). It can be concluded that the most optimal partner is Smartrans.
