Abstract

PT XYZ is a company that supplies industrial components, focusing on automation systems and electrical components. The company lacks a data visualization system for orders, sales, purchases, and stock, necessitating manual data processing to monitor performance and generate periodic reports. Addressing this issue, this research aims to design an order and sales dashboard based on the needs, usability, and satisfaction of PT XYZ employees and to assess their level of usability and satisfaction with the order and sales dashboard. The dashboard is developed in Google Looker Studio using the ADDIE framework (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) along with Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) methods. This research also creates data input forms using Google Forms and integrates company data to facilitate data entry processes. The measurement of usability and user satisfaction is conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the Questionnaire for User Interface Satisfaction (QUIS). The dashboards produced by this research consist of two pages for the order and sales dashboard, one page for the purchase dashboard, and one page for the stock dashboard. The SUS questionnaire results increased from 45.2 to 87.08 and the QUIS increased from 5.04 to 8.43. This indicates an improvement in user usability and satisfaction with the database visualization after the creation of the dashboard.
