Abstract
School Health Enterprises management consists of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting. SDN Mekarjaya 9 is a school that has been oriented towards healthy schools, while SDN Mekarjaya 10 is a school that has not been oriented towards healthy schools. However, both schools have the same SHE management problems, namely not having an activity plan, SOP program, or adequate SHE space. This has the potential to hinder the achievement of SHE objectives. This study aims to identify differences in the results of the analysis of both schools. This research uses qualitative methods through observation, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions, with the selection of informants using purposive sampling. Informants in this study include the principal, SHE coach, teachers, and school committee. Data validation uses triangulation of sources, methods, time, and theory. The results showed that the difference in SHE management in both schools lies in the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. This study concludes that both schools have not carried out the planning, organizing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting stages optimally. However, the implementation stage was quite good. Suggestions for both schools are to work on annual program planning, reaffirm the SHE organizational structure, and make monitoring and evaluation reports.
