Abstract
the implementation and benefits of a Website-Based Project Management Information System in the context of modern project management. The research methods employed include literature review, surveys, and qualitative data analysis. The primary objective of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of the information system in enhancing efficiency, transparency, and productivity in project management. The research findings indicate that the Website-Based Project Management Information System can significantly enhance project management capabilities by providing real-time access to project information, facilitating better team collaboration, and improving resource and project schedule monitoring. Additionally, the system also provides additional benefits such as improved communication among project stakeholders, reduction of human errors, and operational cost savings. The Website-Based Project Management Information System at Dewata Waterproofing Nusantara is an innovative solution designed to optimize project management within the company. Dewata Waterproofing Nusantara, a company specializing in waterproofing services, faces complex challenges in efficiently managing its projects. In response to these needs, a website-based information system has been developed to provide an integrated solution that allows real-time project monitoring, resource management, team communication, and project progress tracking. The implementation of the Website-Based Project Management Information System at Dewata Waterproofing Nusantara is expected to enhance the company's operational efficiency, reduce project cycle times, improve service quality, and strengthen client relationships.
