Abstract

The merger of three Sharia Banks in Indonesia created the largest Sharia Bank in Indonesia, namely Bank Syariah Indonesia, with a Muslim potential of 240 million people, making Bank Syariah Indonesia able to become the biggest player in the field of Sharia Banking. However, in 2023 the Cyber Attack hit Bank Syariah Indonesia was quite It was a blow that the security system of the largest Sharia Bank in Indonesia was not completely safe, many of its customers withdrew their savings and switched to other banks. It will be interesting to see the impact of this cyber attack on Bank Syariah Indonesia and how their strategy is to restore customer trust. In order to find answers to the problems in this final assignment, the author uses Quantitative descriptive Research Methods.
