Abstract
The era of digitalization encourages all economic aspects in society to become increasingly sophisticated and adaptable, one aspect that influences digitalization is the Cashlees Society. The purpose of writing this final assignment is to find out the level of satisfaction of users of the FELLO application to support cash transactions in the digital era. The writing method used is quantitative descriptive, with library study data collection, observation and distribution of questionnaires. Data processing techniques use Microsoft Excel and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. Based on the analysis carried out on FELLO users, FELLO is very useful and supports the cashlees society starting from the features provided and application security so that users feel very satisfied.
