Abstract

The product from Bank Syariah Indonesia is a home ownership financing product or commonly called BSI Griya. BSI Griya definitely does marketing and has a marketing strategy. Bank Syariah Indonesia uses the 7P marketing mix to market BSI Griya products. This writing aims to find out how BSI Bank carries out the 7P marketing mix for BSI Griya products. The research method used is qualitative descriptive techniques and the data collection technique is interviews. The population and sample in this research are employees of Bank BSI KC Jakarta Pondok Indah and customers from BSI Griya. Based on the research results, it shows that BSI Griya products use the 7P Marketing Mix well in BSI Griya financing products to increase the number of customers.
