Abstract
The purpose of this Final Project report is to understand the procedures for disbursing supply funds at the internship site. Additionally, it serves to fulfill the graduation requirements for the Diploma Three in Accounting at the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta. The author conducted an internship at the Cibinong District Court. The disbursement of supply funds is crucial for supporting the daily operational activities of the institution. These funds are requested annually and must be proposed at the end of each year before applying for the following year. Each work unit is entitled to receive supply funds as an advance for specific work activities. These funds are provided to the Expenditure Treasurer and are established due to the nature and purpose of expenditures that cannot be made through direct payment mechanisms.
