Abstract

SD Muhammadiyah 03 Kreatif, a private educational institution in Banten, faces several challenges in financial management due to its continued use of manual administrative systems. This manual process involves recording student payment transactions and teacher payroll in cash books, which are then summarized in ledgers, along with using Excel spreadsheets for payroll. The lack of data integration between student payments and teacher payroll in a single database results in difficulties in accurate financial monitoring and reporting.This research aims to minimize errors and data loss while improving efficiency and accuracy in school financial administration. The research methodology employed is the Waterfall approach. The primary outcome of this research is the development of a web-based Incoming and Outgoing Cash Information System (KAS INFO) capable of managing various data such as student records, class information, payment types, teacher details, as well as income and expenditure data. Additionally, KAS INFO will provide structured database storage, eliminating the need for replacing books and paper records, thereby reducing the risk of data loss. KAS INFO will also integrate student payment and teacher payroll data into a unified database, facilitating financial monitoring and reporting.
