Abstract
The development of technology and communication has changed various aspects of life, including in the health sector. In Indonesia, Posyandu is one of the government programs that aims to improve maternal and child health. However, the service and administration process at Posyandu Puskesmas Yosodadi is still carried out manually without the support of an integrated information system, causing difficulties in data management and limited access to information for the community. This study aims to design and implement a website-based service information system at the Yosodadi Health Center Posyandu. The Waterfall method is used in system development to ensure structured and scalable processes. Through analysis, several problems were found, such as difficulties in recording data and delays in reporting. Therefore, several proposals for system needs were submitted, including the construction of a data recording system, making informative website displays, and ease of obtaining reports. The implementation of this information system is expected to improve administrative efficiency, data accuracy, and accessibility of health information for the public. Impact evaluation will be conducted to ensure the success of the system and provide recommendations for further development. Thus, this research is expected to contribute to improving the quality of public health services in the Yosodadi Health Center area.
