Abstract
INKAI already exists in all regions of Indonesia, one of which is in Depok. Under INKAI Depok, there are 23 active registered dojos and each dojo in Depok has at least 50 registered kohai. With a large number of kohai, INKAI Depok doesn’t have good centralized data processing. Data processing carried out by INKAI Depok and each dojo under it still uses traditional methods, in manual book and with Microsoft Excel. The process of collecting data from each dojo to the INKAI Depok is still not well organized, because the data provided by each dojo has a different format so that data got errors often. Therefore, to make it easier for INKAI Depok to process data, a database is designed so that data in each INKAI Depok dojo’s and data at the center can be organized properly and can be computerized. The purpose of this research is to design the INKAI Depok database to facilitate INKAI Depok in storing and managing INKAI Depok data. The method used in designing the INKAI Depok database is the Database Life Cycle (DBLC) method. Database design using MySQL RDBMS and also a simple system design in the form of a website using the Laravel framework to facilitate users in managing data. The results of this study obtained that the INKAI Depok database was successfully designed and the simple system built can be used and makes it easier for users to manage the INKAI Depok database.
