Abstract
This Final Project Report is prepared to examine the procedural reimbursement of operational funds originating from the working capital in the Secretariat of the Planning and Development Agency of the Ministry of Manpower. The reimbursement procedure is a series of steps that must be followed to disburse funds or revolve them, provided that the expenditure has reached 50% of the total funds received. At the beginning of each year, the expenditure treasurer prepares the budget plan for the operational funds and other supporting documents to be submitted to the Authorized Budget User (KPA) and then to the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN) as the general treasurer of the state (BUN). Once approved by the KPPN, the operational funds will be distributed to each work unit. Thus, the expenditure treasurer can request reimbursement of the operational funds after reaching 50% of the initial balance.
