Abstract

Background Back: Schizophrenia is disease chronic with symptom psychotic who can influence habits, thoughts, and perceptions somebody. One of symptoms you have patient schizophrenia is price self low. Goal: explore in a way deep about care nursing care for patients Mr M with problem nursing main price self low Chronic at Home Suharto's Mental Illness Heerdjan. Method: design used in the research This is design study descriptive with method approach studies case. Results: on assessment found factor predisposition found in the patient is exists factor descendants from his uncle experienced it disturbance soul and failure repeated besides That factor precipitation found rejection family. Source coping found lack of support from family with mechanism coping found period short ones don't effective as well as response coping patient at stage price self low. Diagnosis nursing has 2 diagnoses were made that is Price Self Low Chronic and Isolation Social. Implementation nursing care performed for 4 days with intervention promotion price self and socialization, as well strategy proper implementation. Conclusion: Based on results evaluation nursing for Mr M with diagnosis nursing price self low chronic and isolating social exists enhancement price self and socialization to conditions patient
