Abstract
Background: Stroke is a condition that occurs when the blood supply to a part of the brain is suddenly interrupted, because some brain cells die due to disruption of blood flow due to blockage or rupture of brain blood vessels. Stroke is divided into two, namely hemorrhagic stroke and non-hemorrhagic stroke. Hemorrhagic stroke is bleeding that occurs due to rupture of blood vessels in certain areas of the brain. Meanwhile, non-hemorrhagic stroke is a partial or complete cessation of blood flow to the brain due to blocked blood vessels. Research method : This research uses a descriptive research method with a case study approach on Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke patients in the inpatient ward of Pasar Rebo Regional Hospital, East Jakarta. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews, observation, documentation and physical examination. Results : The results of this study showed that the murder problems that emerged in the case were the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion, impaired physical mobility, and impaired verbal communication. The main intimidation measures implemented were performing passive and active ROM exercises. Evaluation of partial fulfillment of established goals and criteria. Conclusion : The application of nursing care to Mrs. N with Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke almost achieved the expected results because Mrs. Keywords : Nursing Care, Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke, Physical Mobility Disorders
