Abstract
Technological developments have had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including in the business world such as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Dapoer Raos, an MSME in the culinary sector in South Tangerang, has been operating for ten years but still faces obstacles in operational management because it relies on manual systems. Problems that arise include inefficient stock management, inaccurate transaction recording, and inadequate product promotion. To overcome this challenge, researchers propose designing an information system in the form of an online sales website using the Waterfall method. Analysis of system requirements was carried out using the PIECES method, while system design used Unified Modeling Language (UML). System implementation is carried out with the latest technology such as Next JS for website interface development, Express JS as the backend, and PostgreSQL for database management. This system will also be tested using the Black-box method to ensure its quality. It is hoped that the results of this research will be able to provide effective solutions, including simplifying stock management and transaction recording, and increasing the effectiveness of product promotions. With a user-friendly interface, structured product catalog and easy-to-access transaction system, Dapoer Raos owners can more efficiently monitor stock, while consumers can easily find and choose the products they want. In this way, it is hoped that these MSMEs can improve their operational efficiency and provide a better shopping experience for customers.
