Abstract

In order to seek to improve the quality and competitiveness and increasing the gross enrollment rate in schools is still below the national average, the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Directorate General of Primary Education, to implement some alternative programs that build a new school in a concentrated area. For now the determination of the amount of processing subsidy funding at the Ministry of Education and culture are still many obstacles and has not arranged optimally. In a manual system still many obstacles that occur in the system costing this. So the determination of the amount of funds needed subsidy system is more automated and more efficient than current fund accounting system. To minimize the error of determining the funds. By looking at the problems that occur, the writer had the idea to build an application Design System Application Determination of Subsidy Funds to conduct data collection using qualitative methods, the design of system design aims to create a system that can meet the desired goals or objectives. In this process the system functional analysis associated with modeling of information systems and used the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Where you using the method can simplify the process of calculating the amount of Determining Subsidy Funds For A Junior High School-South Jakarta.
