Abstract

Political parties as development agents have played an important role in articulating, combining and communicating the interests of society. The RTLH program is a concrete example of how political parties, such as PDIP, can have a positive impact on community welfare through concrete initiatives. This research aims to analyze the role of PDIP in implementing the RTLH Program in Pancoran Mas District, explore its impact on society, and provide theoretical suggestions for developing research in this area. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews regarding the RTLH Program. Data were analyzed by referring to the theory used. PDIP through the RTLH Program succeeded in articulating and combining community interests, utilizing political communication to support the program. This program has a positive physical, psychological and social impact on society, showing the active role of political parties in creating local prosperity. From the research results, it can be concluded that PDIP has a significant role in implementing the RTLH Program in Pancoran Mas District, with impacts that go beyond physical improvements to houses. This program reflects the commitment of political parties to community welfare and is a real example of how political parties can be a driving force for local development.
