Abstract
This research is quantitative research which aims to determine the effect of profitability, solvency, firm size, and independent commissioner on firm value. The population of this study are companies in the LQ 45 stock index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. This study used 125 samples obtained using purposive sampling method. With multiple linear regression was used in this study. The results of this study are that profitability has a significant and positive effect on firm value, solvency has no significant effect on firm value, firm size has a negative significant effect on firm value, and independent commissioners have no significant effect on firm value.
