Abstract
Public Elementary school (SDN) in an effort to improve educational services need supporting facilities and infrastructure, one of which is learning media for students and teaching media for teachers, especially those that can be used together and are not limited to space and time. A web-based learning media (E-Learning) that can support the teaching and learning process at SDN JATIMAKMUR 5 BEKASI. The purpose of creating web-based learning (E-Learning) is to facilitate the learning process and accelerate delivery in providing exercises and materials anywhere and anytime with internet access. The design method for analyzing problems uses the PIECES method which is performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service. The expected results with the existence of web-based learning media (E-learning) can support the teaching and learning process and increase effectiveness in the learning process.
