Abstract
The female imaging system undergoes a regular series of cyclical changes known as the menstrual cycle. In early adulthood there are psychological changes such as unstable emotions in dealing with and solving problems that are being experienced. Physical activity is any bodily movement produced by skeletal muscles that requires energy expenditure. The general objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the influence of the menstrual cycle and stress factors with physical activity during the pandemic that occurred in UPNVJ medical students. This study uses analytical research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in the homes of each female student (brave). Population is the generalization area of an object or subject that has certain characteristics determined by the researcher. This population includes UPNVJ students for the 2020-2021 period. The research sample is 95 subjects. The results showed that the physical activity of UPNVJ female students was dominated by female students with moderate physical activity of 66 people or 69.5%, while the stress level of UPNVJ female students was dominated by female students with normal and moderate stress levels of 42 and 43 people or 44.2% and 42.3%. These two activities show that UPNVJ Student Menstrual Cycle data is dominated by female students with a Normal Menstrual Cycle of 83 people or 87.4%. There is a relationship between Stress Levels and the Menstrual Cycle of UPNVJ Students with an Asymp Sig value of 0.047 <0.05. There is no relationship between physical activity and the menstrual cycle of UPNVJ students. Physical activity, whether mild, moderate or heavy, is not related or has no significant effect on the Menstrual Cycle of UPNVJ Students with an Asymp Sig value of 0.272 > 0.05.
