Abstract

Digital bank services provide an opportunity for companies to expand their market by providing more sophisticated services and features, including digital banking, one of which is PT Seabank Indonesia or often referred to as Seabank. Digital bank services such as Seabank have dominated the market with advanced features and services. The partnership with Shopee and innovative marketing strategies are key factors for its success amidst fierce competition. This writing aims to determine the marketing mix with the strategy of Seabank as a new application in Digital Bank services. The writing method used is a qualitative method with secondary data sources supported by literature reviews and literature studies based on in-depth studies in the form of data and numbers. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis obtained from the annual report at PT Seabank Indonesia. The results show that based on the marketing strategy implemented by Seabank, Seabank managed to record positive results in the field of marketing and Seabank is committed to continuously improving the quality of its services and product quality to attract customers.
