Abstract
This research was conducted using tests through quantitative methods at Cipayung sub-district health centers located in East Jakarta. This study aims to determine and ascertain the effect of work safety climate on occupational safety, the effect of burnout on occupational safety, and the effect of safety behavior on occupational safety. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling, using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 95 employees was obtained. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The test results obtained in this study (1) work safety climate has no effect on occupational safety (2) burnout has a negative and significant effect on occupational safety (3), safety behavior has a positive and significant effect on occupational safety. The implications of this research are theoretically and practically, the information in the research is expected to add insight in the development of knowledge in the field of human resource management, as material for thought and consideration in solving existing problems. The contribution in this research is to assist the puskesmas in tackling problems, especially in terms of work safety climate, burnout, and safety behavior towards employee occupational safety.
