Abstract

The development of technology and information has had many significant changes to the online system. In Indonesia, currently purchases through E-Commerce are in great demand because they can be accessed digitally by making it easier for users. This study aims to determine the effect of ease of use, safety, and quality of service on purchasing decisions through Tokopedia in DKI Jakarta. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling method, with a sample size of 100 respondents. In collecting data from research respondents using google form. Then this research uses Smart PLS 3.3 (Partial Least Square) software as an analysis tool. The results of the analysis show that ease of use, security and quality of service have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions through Tokopedia in DKI Jakarta.
